YOGA & LUNCH

As the only yoga teacher in Sweden, Namaste by Emilia offers Silent Yoga. A concept born out of Silent Disco where each
individual receives a pair of wireless earphones to then experience the entire class, personally guided in their earphones.

I gently guide you through yoga and meditation with exercises I devised for maximum presence. Where you as a beginner or experienced get the same opportunity to develop in the same class. Because yoga is a practice. Yoga is for EVERYONE.

SEK 695 per person

Includes:
• Yoga at 11:00 - 12:00
• Lunch at 12:15 p.m
Please come 15 minutes before the class starts. Bring your own yoga mat. (Limited seats)
