Som enda yogalärare i Sverige erbjuder Namaste by Emilia Silent Yoga. Ett koncept fött ur Silent Disco där varje
individ får ett par trådlösa hörlurlurar för att sedan uppleva hela klassen, personligen guidad i sina hörlurar.

Varsamt guidar jag dig genom yoga och meditation med övningar jag utarbetat för maximal närvaro. Där du som nybörjare eller erfaren får samma möjlighet att utvecklas i samma klass. För yoga är en praktik. Yoga är för ALLA.
